About this property
Vacation apartment/apartment for 2 guests with 30m² in Prerow (173286)
This newly renovated, modernly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the "Villa Mare" holiday home, which has a total of 6 apartments.
The property is centrally located, not far from shopping options such as a supermarket, a bakery, and numerous small shops.
The beach is a 10- to 15-minute walk away.
With approximately 30 m² of living space, the apartment can accommodate 2 people. It features a cosy, sunny living/sleeping/dining area with a box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, a dining table for two, and two armchairs with a TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The kitchen area is equipped with two electric hobs, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator.
A parking space for your car is included with the rental.
Your pet is also welcome. We charge a one-time cleaning fee of 60 euros for this.
In the courtyard, there is a barbecue area and a barrel sauna available for shared use.
Our top recommendation for dining out in the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow is “GenussKultur” alVino
(Waldstr. 42), featuring Mediterranean fusion cuisine, exquisite wines, and other delicacies
(We recommend reserving a table by calling038233-718035)
Optional services:
- Towel change: 13.29 EUR per stay
- Dog: 66.43 EUR per stay
