A very nice, clean family home. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again. The views from the balcony are beautiful, and the area is quiet. We really enjoyed spending our vacation there.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear that the home was under construction during your stay and that you had to make alternative arrangements. That must have been very frustrating, and it’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests. Please know that your feedback is important to us, and we will be sure to pass this along to our local team to help prevent this from happening in the future. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay next time.

Beautiful place!

Beautiful home, so spacious with 2 living areas. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very well stocked. Kitchen was great, laundry room was great, we loved staying here. The only bummer was the propane tank was empty so we could not use the fire pit and there were no cushions on the wicker furniture. We did really enjoy the patio on the upper floor, gorgeous views. Great neighborhood and friendly people, will definitely stay in this house again.

Beautiful view

The townhome and Scenery was beautiful! Everything was very clean. Plenty of towels to use and having the washer and dryer was a plus for our activities. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of dishes and kitchen supplies were available. Dishwasher was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Co.

Great house, well equipped, with a ski track!

The house is spacious and well equipped. Our favorite part was that we could jump on the groomed track right behind the house from the back porch. We got in a great 2.5 mile Nordic ski on the golf course! Nice amenity for biathletes and cross-country skiers visiting the area. A small maintenance issue was fixed promptly by a very responsive and professional service tech. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place/some frustrations

The house is very nice and spacious. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different things, even as we were together. We did have a few issues that were frustrations: there were spiders in one of the basement bedrooms. Two breakers got thrown our first night for some reason, but we figured that out AND got a very quick response from the property management firm. The biggest frustration was the driveway being resurfaced during our stay. The garage was an awesome perk and really nice for unloading right in the back door. Load out was made much more difficult when we had to park on the street to load out at the end of our stay.

Hi Amy, Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. This is not how we wanted you to experience during your stay with us and we also understand your frustrations with the issues you encountered, for any inconvenience this caused as well. Unfortunately, the driveway issue is out of our control. Your feedback is highly valued, and we try our best to make things right in any way we can so that our guests know that our priority is their ultimate satisfaction. Please know that our local Operations Team is following up about the spider issues and will make sure pest control is scheduled if needed. Thanks again for bringing these important issues to light, as it makes a difference in how we move forward in offering the best service we possibly can to our guests and keeping our properties in perfect shape. If there is anything else we can do for you, please reach out to our 24/7 guest hotline and let us know.
