The property was nice. It was great for what we needed & was easy, comfortable and clean. It was in a little more of a residential area than expected, but overall a nice place to stay.
The process was great and simple. The home is nice and average. Great kitchen utensils and kitchen. The living area and kitchen get really cold on colder evenings. It was in the teens at night when we stayed and the main area struggled to stay above 65. The rooms would keep temp fine. We would leave during the day and the temp in the house would get to 75 when only 40 degrees out because of the sun. The rooms walls are super thin so you can hear everyone talking if they are. However it is not a bad place at all. The hot tub and back patio area were great. Over all a great experience.
Nice house and well appointed. The layout is great and lots of room for all. Kitchen had everything we needed and hot tub was also nice to have. Check in/out was easy and the house was clean. Would definitely like to come back

It’s just okay
The house is okay. The hot tub was broken and dirty. We left a day later early.

Hi, Kaylene. Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the hot tub was not functioning properly and impacted your stay. Our local team has identified that the heating element was burned out, and a replacement has been ordered to resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
Had a great time! The Air Bnb was overall awesome! My only tip would be to invest in new beds as they are awful, feel like they’re spring loaded and 25 years old. But that didn’t stop us from having a 5star time! The food around the house isn’t very good but there is a grocery store to make your own food and if you drive to pagosa springs you can get AMAZING food! (Alley house). Would definitely stay again, the hot tub is great! We spent every night in it. Just buy new beds, you can get some nice ones for like 600-1000.

A Great Stay
This house was perfect for our vacation. Adequately furnished and supplied, we had everything we needed. The hot tub was awesome to relax in during the freezing cold evening. The charcoal grill was great for dinners. The kitchen was well supplied although it could use some new utensils for outdoor grilling. Also there is no icemaker in the freezer so we needed to buy our own ice. The rooms were well furnished except the downstairs bed is a squeaker. And the woodstove made the evenings very cozy and comfortable. We had a few beautiful resident deer that hung around the outside of the yard.

Just okay
We cut our stay short because it was not a great. The hot tub did not work and was dirty (had bugs and sediment in it). We called to have it fixed. They said they would send someone out the next day but it still did not work. Only a half roll of toilet paper in the main restroom and no extra. The shower curtain had what appeared to be purple shampoo splattered on it.
We loved the cabin. It was better than advertised. The kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint about the cabin was the flimsy floor mats that easily rolled up an tripped you. Better mats should be put down before you have an injury because of them.
We had an issue with the coffee maker and the fact that there were no trash bags. We contacted property management, they were quick to respond via text, but did not follow through.
Overall, we would love to stay here again. The cabin was very nice.

Great cabin!
This is the cutest little cabin in a great location and walkable to some stores and restaurants. If you plan to sleep at all, BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS! You’ll thank me later! The beds are old but not terrible but the pillows…. They are either so flat there is no point or they are thick and hard as concrete. Dropped one and thought it was going to put a hole in the floor. Insanely hard. Also, the heat was on in the bathroom all week and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. We are from Oklahoma. We come to Colorado in June TO BE COLD. Let’s calm it down with the heater. Otherwise, the cabin is well stocked and adorable. You should stay here!

Nice Home
Location and the home are nice. The only problem we had was the heating in this house. We text the management about wood for the stove. Management company told us to go to the garage which was locked, when questioned again we got no response so no wood was provided. The baseboard heat in the house was very hard to maintain any type of normal temp. The rooms stayed very hot at night and living room kitchen were very very cold. Sleeping was very difficult due to the heat and the rest of house was freezing Will not stay again in the winter due to this issue. Hot tub is small but clean

Before arriving to this home, we were informed that the hot tub wasn’t working, which was upsetting because it was a main attraction for booking. They said they were working on it and would let us know. We were then informed that it wouldn’t be working at all during our stay. At that point I looked at old reviews and it seemed the hot tub hasn’t been working since July which is not okay to still advertise it’s availability for booking. Once we arrived at the home, there was absolutely no water, hot or cold. We had to call customer service which is just an extended number. There is no way to contact the property owners what so ever. We were told they’d “call” somebody to come look but they weren’t sure if anybody could come there that evening. (We were here for a wedding, drove over 16 hrs to be there, and had children with us). We were so upset and annoyed at that point, with little to no help. Eventually, with some pushing, Vacasa did move us to another home, thankfully. And it was nice and cozy with BEAUTIFUL views. (This home’s views aren’t that great. You look at the back of a general). The other home was named Cutthroat and is located on the river (highly recommend!) Thankfully Vacasa made it right, but this home isn’t it and it needs some work. Oh, also, it stinks. It smells old as soon as you open the door. Unfortunately I’d never recommend this home, as cute and cozy as it seemed, it isn’t.

Great location, great stay!
Really not much to complain about! Everything was accurately described! The house was cozy and perfect for us! The drive to the ski lift was 23 min. Not bad at all! Our only complaint would be the beds are spring mattresses and not too comfortable but it didn’t ruin our trip what so ever! Still a 5 star with this minor inconvenience because everything else was just perfect! Food around south fork is kinda ehh. But there is a grocery store .3 miles away with everything you need to cook your own meals or if you want to drive to pagosa springs (1hr) the food there is AMAZING! (Alley house)
Overall great place and excited to stay there again next winter!
