Stylishly decorated and gorgeously situated on the top floor of EagleRidge Lodge, this two-bedroom-plus-den condo will place you just a few steps from the gondola and the main base area at Steamboat Ski Resort. Step inside to find beautiful details inspired by the American West, a cozy gas fireplace, and sliding doors that lead to a balcony overlooking the mountains, the ski slopes, and the surrounding valley. Prepare hearty breakfasts in the fully equipped kitchen each morning, and return home from your daily adventures to enjoy three flatscreen TVs, two DVD players, and free WiFi as your clothes spin in the private washer/dryer. On the grounds of the resort, you'll also be treated to a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions.

Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. Very enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed our short stay in 306. It was quiet, very relaxing, the king size bed was comfortable, the view was nice from the patio, and we were able to keep it nice and cool! There was a very effective AC unit in the master bedroom, and I saw one in the bunk bed room too, though we didn't use it. There were also ceiling fans over every sleeping space and in the sitting room. We never used the kitchen so I can't speak for anything specifically, but it seemed well stocked. Everything was clean. We are hoping to come back soon and would stay in 306 again without hesitation.

Perfect getaway

The location of the complex and the location of this particular unit is perfect. Grounds and pool area are immaculate. Hot tub does not disappoint. The unit comes with many games, super comfortable beds and layout is perfect for 4-6 people. I would definitely stay here again. Don’t overthink this, just book this unit. Desk staff was very nice.

Eagleridge Lodge 306 was perfect for our family of 5 adults. It had all the comforts of home as well as great amenities. There was a shuttle to ski/town. The location was wonderful…. A short walk to restaurants and the ski resort. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Eagle Ridge Lodge 306 offers an amazing stay that I consistently return for! The view is stunning, the lodge’s multiple hot tubs always available, and the actual condo itself comfortable, spacious, and relaxing. Being able to walk to the mountain is certainly a plus. Highly recommend!

Perfection

We loved our stay here! The condo is very clean and comfortable and the amenities are great. This unit has a beautiful view out the balcony too. We were able to ride bikes into town, although having a rental car is a must if you want to explore the area around town. Also, get 4-wheel drive if you want to adventure off the main roads, well even some highways become dirt roads, but front wheel drive can get you pretty far! The restaurants all have great food and the downtown is great for shopping and getting a bite to eat. You can stay close or go far for outdoor adventure. We'd recommend a horse back ride at Del's and a hike in Routt National Forest.

Steamboat first timer

We really loved our first visit to steamboat springs. The property is in a great location! There are some restrictions to the pool due to Covid that was not mentioned in the listing. This was quite annoying since I had 3 teenagers and booked this property over another specifically because it had a pool. Essentially you can spend 1hr a day in the pool after you sign up for a times slot at 8:30 am. Kitchenware could use some updating. Scratched pans, coffee mugs are small, maybe a keurig.... The dishwasher quit working part way through out stay so maintenance came and switched out with a “loaner,” which also leaked. I just washed dishes by hand and let them know while checking out. Personally I didn’t want to spend anymore of my time waiting for the appliances to be fixed. The back two burners on the stove do not seems to be working properly. Actually only the from right burner seemed to work well. When I arrived the screens were not in the tracks of the windows- maintenance had to come and fix. This unit is really not great for small children (3rd story) which I wish were noted. I was terrified the entire time that my 2.5 year old son would climb the balcony furniture and hop over. Same with window. Screens were fixed but still felt uneasy throughout our stay. Master bed is hard as a rock! You might like it if you enjoy a firm bed. The location of the unit does not allow for great airflow into the unit from outside. We did visit during a hot period 84-87 degrees but even when windy the air would not come in! Overall good stay but would not pick this particular unit again.

Perfect long weekend in Steamboat!

Perfect location for us, we were attending the Bluegrass festival and skiing so this condo was a stones throw away from the entrance to the festival and a 2 block walk down to the Gondola square, really easy for us! Condo was spacious for the 5 of us, great hangout area and nice views off the patio overlooking the pool/hot tub. Had everything we needed as we basically ate breakfast and dinner at the condo, grabbed lunch on the mountain. Pool and hot tub was great after a day on the slopes, re-energize for the music each evening. Was a great long weekend for us and we were all very happy with the condo! THX and we will be back!
