Classic Steamboat lodge with hot tubs & pool - steps from gondola

This mountainside Steamboat condo is located just a block from the base of the Steamboat Ski area as well as many of the wonderful shops at the base of the mountain, making it the perfect place to stage your next Colorado vacation.

This open concept vacation rental features a comfortable living area with a wall of windows, a warming gas fireplace, an exposed beam ceiling, and plenty of seating options. Prepare cost-saving, home-cooked meals in the full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and dine together at the nearby table for six. This home also includes two balconies, including one with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The main bedroom contains a TV, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and another attached bathroom. There are two sets of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom and access to an additional full bathroom.

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. If you have any questions during your stay, our friendly on-site staff is ready to provide world-class service!

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You'll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You'll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

The Host was very responsive! We booked on Christmas day and within a few hrs we had our code to the cabin. I wish we had the cabin with hot tub, however it was still a great time!

Good overall. Great location. Fireplace only sometimes worked. They didn’t give us a sponge but asked us to do dishes. We had to call multiple times to get someone to bring us one. Otherwise everything was good.

Had a great stay. Quick walk to the base area. Loved that each bedroom had their own full bath and 2 bedrooms had their own patio. Great pool and hot tubs! Kitchen had everything we needed, but no salt/pepper or sugar, which was odd.

Nice place

The place was nice and my family enjoyed it. The kitchen could use some basic stuff for cooking, like salt, cooking oil, some seasoning etc. There were small things that didn’t work like balcony doors or some windows wouldn’t open, but we made it work.

Love The Lodge at Steamboat

Easy and enjoyable experience at The Lodge at Steamboat. This was our sixth time at The Lodge. Location is super. Eight minute walk from condo to the gondola. Third time in our unit B205. All was good. Some elements could use some refreshing (e.g., bed lines and blankets showing some age). I don’t know if the owner or the property manager controls that. Will be back to The Lodge for sure.

We had a great time but there was a lot that needed attention. The fire place was broken and when we called they came to fix it 2 times for it just not to work again (they said it is temperamental). There were two small hot tubs and one was off-limits th entire time because it was broken. So the working one was very crowded. When we arrived, there was a broken standing lamp, leaned against the wall and inoperable. When we called to tell them, they said they would come collect it, but they never did. The refrigerator was leaking the entire time so a lot of food was ruined by leaking water. The kitchen sink was also leaking underneath. The frying pans were extremely old and we were unable to cook with them. We did mention this, and we were told that it would be addressed, but it never was. The pans just need to be just thrown out! I am only writing this so these things can be addressed for the next occupants. The location was great and we had a really great time.

Cozy Cabin

The location of this rental is very close to the ski area. It has 3 bedrooms, which is plenty of space. The third bedroom has 4 twin beds so it’s great if you have kids. The kitchen was big enough to cook. However, it was missing sponge to wash dishes so we went to the store to buy it. Other than that, it’s an awesome and affordable place to stay.

Everything was great and we would return. There was one issue though. When we were there the temperatures were below 0. In the master bedroom the dresser was blocking the baseboard heat and the dial for temperature adjustment never seem to work so it was very cold in there. Otherwise it was perfect and we would return.

Great place for 2 families, bunk room great for 4 kids. Shuttle service was running every 10 minutes, and after a day on the slopes if you go to the left of the Gondola can ski/ride to a 2 block walk to the condo.

Great place, nicely decorated, comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked, close to laundry room downstairs. Quiet, no noise from neighbors. There's no AC, but keeping the windows open and fans on made it comfortable. Games to play, books to read, swimming pool, and short walks to the Gondola made it fun for the kids. Would definitely stay again.
