Villa "House Pc" is located in Porto da Cruz and offers stunning sea views. With 350 m², it features a living and dining room with fireplace and direct access to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, and cable TV are available. A crib and high chair are provided. The owner can arrange an extra bed for a child or teenager, available for an extra fee.



Outside, you will find a private garden, open terrace with magnificent sea views, balcony, and barbecue. The villa also offers a private indoor pool. Pool heating is available on request and for an extra fee (please request 48 hours in advance). The pool is heated to 25/26°C, as recommended by a specialist for optimal water quality and balance.



There are 2 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. Pets are allowed. There is no air conditioning, but portable heaters and fans are provided.



There are 4 exterior security cameras and 1 by the pool. The property has an alarm connected to a security company. Beach and pool towels are provided. The property follows recycling rules; more information is available on site.
