The second, third, and fourth bedrooms each include king-size beds and are thoughtfully arranged to provide guests with ample space, restful sleep, and a serene ambiance. The fifth bedroom, equipped with a cozy queen-size bed, offers a warm and inviting space, perfect for a relaxing stay. PETS

We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.



PARKING

This property offers a spacious driveway with ample room for up to two cars or trucks, ensuring convenient parking options for your family. Additionally, the garage accommodates up to four vehicles, providing even more flexibility. For the best experience and to maintain the pristine condition of the lawn, please remember to park exclusively on the driveway.



SECURITY FEATURES

There are multiple security features to prevent children from swimming in the pool when you don't want them to. There are a couple of locks as well as very loud audible alarms you can easily set. We also have an exterior camera on-site for security purposes.



NEIGHBORHOOD

This home is in a residential neighborhood. The neighborhood and backyard are perfect for grilling out, enjoying a fire, and laughing with your friends and family. Please respect our friends and neighbors and avoid loud, large parties. Please treat the neighbors like you live there.



DAMAGE WAIVER

While you're on vacation, rest easy knowing that you are protected under Safely if any accidents or damage occur. We will take care of the cost of this coverage, which is additional to any protection provided by the platform. If any damage happens, please let me know and I will make a claim with Safely. You can trust me to take care of everything for you, provided that you clean up after your dog. The damage waiver fee, which is included in the total cost of your reservation for this property, covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances. To qualify for coverage, you must report any incidents to us before checking out. Please note that this waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items beyond Safely's scope of responsibility.



CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that puts your mind at ease. If you decide to cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 97% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 3% will be retained as a non-refundable transaction fee to cover the costs associated with processing your booking. However, if you cancel your booking within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, we regret that we will not be able to offer any refund. Nevertheless, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests that you may have, subject to availability and applicable fees.



CLEANING FEE

We believe in transparency and want to clarify the purpose of our cleaning fee. It's not just an added cost—it ensures that our dedicated cleaning team is fairly compensated with living wages, allowing them to thrive and continue providing top-notch service. This directly contributes to the cleanliness and quality of your stay.



The cleaning fee also covers a unique damage protection policy, offering added peace of mind during your visit. Rest assured, this fee is not for profit, but rather supports our cleaners and helps maintain a seamless experience for you.
