The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by lift or stairs. An optimal floor plan and two balconies provide a pleasant atmosphere for you to enjoy your vacation<br>You enter the Scharbeutz apartment through the spacious hallway, which leads directly into the spacious living area with kitchen, bedroom I, and bathroom. The rooms have been designed and furnished with great attention to detail and taste. A high level of comfort is guaranteed.<br>The kitchen is open to the living area and offers a comprehensive range of high-quality appliances. In addition to an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, you’ll find not only a standard coffee maker but also a Tchibo capsule coffee machine. There is also a wine refrigerator, allowing you to keep your drinks at the perfect temperature.<br>In the open-concept living and dining area, you’ll find not only the kitchen and a dining area but also a comfortable sofa set that invites you to relax and unwind. A large flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player round out the living room.<br>The Scharbeutz holiday rental offers a total of three bedrooms, two of which are each equipped with a flat-screen TV. The bedrooms are located on both the first and second floors. Bedroom I has one double bed (1.80 x 2 m), Bedroom II is also equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), and Bedroom III has a single bed (0.90 x 2 m). <br>Bedrooms II and III feature walk-in closets.<br>All bedrooms can be completely darkened using duplex pleated blinds.
