A modern 2-room apartment awaits you on the 2nd floor, featuring an east-facing balcony with a stunning ocean view, perfect for up to 2 guests. Enjoy the sound of the ocean!

The comfortable living area, featuring a sleeper sofa, a TV armchair, a dining area for 4 people, the beautiful east-facing balcony with a remote-controlled automatic awning, and the direct ocean view, is designed for complete relaxation. The LCD TV, CD player, DVD player, and Wi-Fi enhance this experience.
The open and bright kitchenette, equipped with an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher, ensures a relaxed cooking experience. The electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker add to this comfort.
The sleeping area, featuring a double bed (two mattresses, each 90 cm x 200 cm), carefully selected decor, and a small, additional flat-screen TV, lets you unwind at night.
The shower room, complete with a toilet, plenty of storage space, and great lighting, is also available.

A passenger lift is available in the building. A bike storage room, washing machine, and dryer are available in the basement for a coin fee.
For the 2026 season, a beach chair will be available to you free of charge from May 15 to May 15.09.am Beach.

A parking space is available. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

The distance to the beach is 20 metres.

Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated), a bicycle storage room, as well as outdoor and underground parking spaces.
