From the living room, you can access the well-equipped kitchenette and the large balcony with a beach chair, where you can relax and wind down at the end of the day in the evening sun thanks to its southwestern exposure. The apartment features a Smart TV and a Bluetooth-enabled Sonos speaker.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and an oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a Senseo machine. The dining area is located right by the window facing the large balcony. The dining table is made of solid teak. From the living room, a staircase leads up to a loft and to the bedroom, which features a spacious closet and a comfortable box-spring bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm.
The loft features a cosy reading nook next to a built-in bookcase. The balcony faces southwest and can be shaded from excessive sun with an awning. The balcony measures approximately 4 m x 1.8 m and is furnished with a teak table, two chairs, and a beach chair. The bathroom is on the same level as the living room and kitchen and is accessible via the large hallway. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. The interior bathroom has a frosted glass window opening onto the kitchen, a heated towel rack, a lighted mirror, and ample storage space for your bath essentials. A hair dryer is provided. The shared basement has a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used for a small fee. Pets are not allowed; this is a non-smoking apartment; a parking space is available next to the building.
