The home was very clean and well kept, with high end furnishings and appliances. Reggie was a very kind and accommodating host. We made good use of the kitchen and appreciated the beautiful appliances and dedicated wine storage. There are a few things to keep in mind:The house echoes, making it difficult to keep quiet within "quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. We found ourselves whispering even behind closed doors in our private rooms which gave the stay a bit of an awkward "staying at your parents house" feeling rather than a hotel. The decks are communal between two rooms, and not every bedroom has direct access to one-- I would confirm this before booking. Shoes must be taken off at the entry and you must walk in socks or barefoot inside the home (this was actually good in my opinion). Overall the host is very very pleasant and responsive. The place is stunning. I do think this is meant for solo travelers or low-key couples who want to go to bed early. I would definitely stay here during the week, if I need some peace and rest, not if I am on vacation.
