This two-room holiday apartment is located on the second floor, can accommodate up to 4 people, and is easily accessible by lift.
The modern living/bedroom features a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a CD player and DVD player, and a dining area for 4 people. From here, you can step out onto the large south-facing balcony.

The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The apartment is completed by the bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, space available for a cot) as well as an additional TV and the modern shower room with toilet. The apartment is fully tiled.

The apartment includes an underground parking space: double parking space (no vans, SUVs, or lowered cars). There is a bicycle storage room in the building. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee.
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. Pets are not allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment.
