Welcome to the Klingberg Apartment 4 holiday paradise! <br>A comfortable 3-room apartment on the upper floor awaits you, featuring a furnished south-facing loggia that accommodates up to 4 people. Enjoy living in an idyllic forest setting!<br><br>The spacious living area, featuring a cosy corner sofa, a dining area for 4 people, and the covered loggia with seating, is perfect for total relaxation. The flat-screen TV with cable, a stereo system, Wi-Fi access, and a wide selection of books enhance this experience. <br>The open kitchenette (newly installed in June 2026), equipped with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and a Senseo pod machine, ensures a relaxed cooking experience.<br>The bright sleeping area with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), as well as the second sleeping area with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), lets you unwind at night.<br>A bright bathroom with a toilet and shower rounds out the amenities. <br><br>Bicycles may be parked on the terrace.<br><br>One parking space is available. (The car park is not located directly next to the apartment.)<br>You can access the apartment via a staircase.<br>This is a non-smoking apartment!
