This high-quality, modernly furnished ★★★★ 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 1st floor with a northwest-facing balcony in Building A "Strandglück," is easily accessible by lift. It offers a high level of comfort for 3 people plus a baby.
In the exclusive living-dining area with a comfortable seating area (which converts into a bed for one person), you’ll find a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player. The modern built-in kitchen, equipped with all appliances—including an induction stove—features a breakfast bar for 3 people, perfect for cosy meals.
The bedroom features a high-quality double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). For stays of 5 nights or more, linens for 2 people are included.
An elegant bathroom with a shower, toilet, towel warmer, washing machine, and mirror cabinet is available.
An underground parking space is included with the apartment (maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.98 m!!!).
You can buy fresh rolls for breakfast in the morning right in the building at the Dallmeyer bakery.
Dogs are welcome! Guests can use Wi-Fi free of charge. Non-smoking apartment!
A high chair and a portable baby cot with a mattress are available to you free of charge.

"Holiday from the very first minute"
This modern "Strandglück" residential complex, Building A, was completed in December 2012. The lift provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cosy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and—last but not least—the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.

Wir kommen im März 2026 wieder und freuen uns, dieses Mal jedoch eine andere Wohnung. Es war wie immer ein schöner Urlaub. Im Dezember überhaupt für mich das erste Mal, aber ich fand es toll. Insgesamt haben wir diese Wohnung bereits zum 3. oder 4. Mal gebucht. Es ist wie nach Haus kommen, selbst unser Hund empfindet das scheinbar so.

Zentral gelegen, schön und gut ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Sie ist schön gestaltet und die Ausstattung größtenteils wertig. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch, allerdings setzte unser Fahrzeug in der Auffahrt auf, obwohl es schon eine etwas größere Bodenfreiheit hat. Der Eindruck wurde ein kleines Bisschen durch kleine Dinge wie ein schwergängiger Fenstergriff, teils nicht funktionale Beleuchtung der Küche oder ein klappriges Kinderbett getrübt.
