Welcome to this cosy 1.5-room holiday apartment in Scharbeutz, located right on the beach. It’s on the 2nd floor and, at 40 square metres, offers space for 2 people.

The cosy living-dining area features a couch with a flat-screen TV and a small dining area. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony with a lake view, where you can enjoy the sun until the afternoon.

The integrated open kitchenette is equipped with a spacious refrigerator, a microwave-oven combo, and a 2-burner ceramic cooktop. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided for a cosy breakfast.

A window leading to the adjoining, open sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) allows natural light to flood into this cosy space as well.

The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.

A free parking space for your car is available right next to the house.
A free seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach during the season 25 15.05.-15.09.25.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also available in the house.

Wie immer, waren wir mit Ihnen sehr zufrieden. Auch der nächste Ostsee Urlaub werden wir wieder bei Ihnen buchen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich in perfekter Lage. Auf der Couch sitzend den Meerblick genießen, traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
