The modern, open-concept kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. A dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and all necessary dishes and cutlery are provided, so you can cook and enjoy your meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror. A smoke detector, a vacuum cleaner, and a private washing machine provide additional comfort. The apartment is designated as a non-smoking unit.
