This small, charming, non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor of a 5-unit building and measures approximately 42 m².
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm, separate mattresses), a bathroom with a shower and natural light, a living and dining area with a country-style kitchen, and a terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and, of course, a dishwasher—to make your stay as comfortable as possible! A flat-screen TV with cable is provided.

Of course, Wi-Fi use in the apartment is free of charge for you—(no right to a refund or replacement in the event of disruptions or outages).

On your south-facing terrace, you’ll find—exclusively for you—a beach chair, as well as a table with chairs for reading and relaxing.

A washing machine and dryer are also available in the building’s basement for a fee.

A parking space is reserved for you right next to the building.
Pets are not allowed here.

A holiday complex located near the beach in a quiet setting: Located on a quiet residential street, you’ll find modern 2-room apartments ranging from 45 to 55 m² that accommodate 2 to 4 people. To ensure your comfort, each apartment features either a lovely terrace or a balcony perfect for sunbathing.

In the basement, a shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for your use. A parking space is, of course, reserved for you.

The fine sandy beach is just 250 metres away. The nearest bakery is a 5-minute walk away. Additional shopping options and the town centre are about a 10–15-minute walk away. Timmendorfer Strand invites you to enjoy exclusive shopping or to linger in its many lovely cafés and restaurants.

A trip to the old Hanseatic city of Lübeck is worthwhile any time of year. The Old Town is characterised by its 12th-century city layout, and with a total of 210 bridges, Lübeck is often referred to as “Little Venice.” A stroll through the narrow alleys and passageways is truly picturesque.
