The Parkblick building, Apartment 12, is located in the renowned resort town of Timmendorfer Strand and offers you a cosy temporary home.
The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor (32 steps) of Parkblick at Bergstraße 48 and spans two floors with a total area of 60 m². Up to four people can sleep comfortably here, spread across two bedrooms with easy-to-maintain vinyl flooring. The accommodation is designed to be particularly family-friendly and warmly welcomes children.

The central location of this accommodation means everything is within easy reach: the fine sandy beach is only about 550 metres away. Shopping options are within a distance of about 450 metres, and the town centre of Timmendorfer Strand is about 500 metres away. This means that both the Baltic Sea and the lively local scene, as well as convenient amenities, are easily accessible on foot.

The apartment features an attractive, open-concept layout. The living area is open to the kitchen. Here you’ll find all the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and the corresponding kitchen utensils, as well as dishes and silverware. In the dining area, a dining table invites you to enjoy meals together.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and two small armchairs and offers entertainment with cable TV, a Blu-ray player, and a DVD player.

You’ll also enjoy comfort in the en suite bathroom: a shower with a tub (entry height: 35 cm), sink, toilet, mirror, and hair dryer ensure your well-being. A clothes rack, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner round out the amenities for longer stays.
You can also unwind outdoors: The private balcony is furnished with balcony furniture and invites you to relax after an eventful day.

The first bedroom is located in the lower part of the apartment and features a double bed (140x200 cm, full-length mattress) and a wardrobe with a mirror.
The second, larger bedroom is located on an open loft. You can reach it via a staircase (width approx. 60 cm, 13 steps). There you’ll find a double bed (two single mattresses, each 90x200 cm), another TV, a wardrobe with a mirror, a spacious chest of drawers, and another small balcony (unfurnished).

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer (50-cent coins).
You can park your bicycles in the lockable bike shed or at the bike rack.(subject to availability)

There is a wide variety of recreational activities in the immediate vicinity: golf, tennis, mini-golf, horseback riding, fishing, and water sports such as sailing, surfing, and swimming are available, as well as beach volleyball on the beach. Cycling, hiking, jogging, or strolling along the picturesque Baltic Sea coast are all great options. Cultural activities, a day spa, numerous restaurants, shopping options, playgrounds, and attractive destinations like a zoo or amusement park also offer plenty of variety. All apartments feature a terrace or balcony. You’re welcome to park your bicycles in the bike shed (subject to availability) or at a bike rack in the courtyard.
