A 45-square-meter two-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand awaits you on the ground floor, accommodating 2 people with a baby. It is tastefully decorated in warm colours and features underfloor heating.

The spacious living area, featuring a color-coordinated modern sofa set, includes an LCD flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The kitchen area is equipped with high-quality brand-name built-in appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and refrigerator with freezer) and features an inviting dining area.

From the living room, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony, which is furnished with exclusive garden furniture made of durable, weather-resistant synthetic wicker.

A high-quality bedroom with a double bed, digital radio, a high-quality built-in closet, and an additional LCD flat-screen TV round out the living comfort.

In the shower room, you’ll be treated to a full-glass shower, a custom-made built-in sink, a soft-close toilet, and a built-in digital radio.

Parking spaces for cars and bicycles are available for your use. A bicycle garage on the property is also at your disposal.

Located in a quiet area, you’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the town centre, and the spa gardens. Built in 2010 in the style of late 19th-century North German spa architecture, this charming villa was constructed with great attention to detail and features sophisticated architecture.

The tastefully landscaped 835 m² property features a spacious garden with a barbecue area for 6 to 8 people, available for shared use by the house’s guests and illuminated by striking lighting in the evenings.

Each of the four apartments has been individually conceived and designed by an interior designer and brought to life with warm wall colours, custom-made furniture, and kitchens. The apartments feature private terraces or covered balconies furnished with high-quality synthetic rattan patio furniture.
Each apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and modern, timeless, high-quality furnishings. They each feature two flat-screen TVs, a hi-fi system, a digital radio in the shower room, and brand-name built-in appliances in the kitchen.

Each apartment has its own designated parking space.
A bicycle parking area and a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for our guests’ general use.

A trip to the old Hanseatic city of Lübeck is worthwhile any time of year. The Old Town is shaped by the city’s 12th-century layout, and with a total of 210 bridges, Lübeck is often referred to as “Little Venice.” A stroll through the narrow alleys and passageways is truly picturesque.
