Die Mitarbeiter*innen der Agentur Herrmann, die ich kennenlernte, waren stets freundlich, kompetent, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Anregung für den Vermieter:
Die Wohnung entspricht nicht heutigem Standard. Sie enthält alles, was man braucht, ist gut gelegen, aber "schön" ist sie nicht. Nettere Bilder und Dekoartikel (statt Plastikblumen und Zinnkrügen), Verzicht auf die staubigen Teppiche, dafür Laminat/Parkett. Die klobigen Polstermöbel mit dem hässlichen Bezug würde ich austauschen gegen leichtere Möbel, deren Polster (Kunstleder?) abwaschbar sind. (Hygiene!).
Die Wohnung selbst liegt zwar ruhig, doch die Nächte waren durch die vielen jungen Leute in den benachbarten Wohnungen rechts und links alles andere als ruhig, deshalb maximal drei Sterne.
