The Luca Guest House was fabulous! The house was very clean, well organized, great location, fabulous restaurants, and a post card little town on a lake overlooking the alps.

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Sehr geräumig und für 4 Parteien ausreichend. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist der Wahnsinn. Wir sind mit 3 Kindern im Alter von 2, 3 und 7 Jahren hier gewesen und für die kleineren wäre ein Zaun an der Straße gut gewesen aber es ging auch so. Was zu bemängeln ist, ist der Staubsauger, dieser macht schon bei kleineren Krümeln Kratzer auf dem Boden. Bitte denken Sie über einen neuen Staubsauger nach. Dieser verursacht unschöne Kratzer auf dem Fußboden. Ein Zaun zur Straße wäre schön, für kleine Kinder. Gruppe

Besonders lobenswert: die Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität des Teams!!! Danke nochmals für die Mühe der zweimaligen Änderung des Vertrages weil sich leider die Personenzahl reduziert hatte. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und Türen wären super. Dieses Jahr war es sehr extrem mit den Stechmücken. Der Staubsauger saugt leider sehr schlecht. Aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau.
