The renovated 250 year old farmhouse is located in Kleinstockach, a small mountain village at 1,150 m above sea level, in Tyrol, Austria.
The house can accommodate 9-11 people and has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Tiroler Zugspitz-Arena. The farmhouse is ideal for 2-3 families or groups.
In the spring, summer and autumn months, the farmhouse is a perfect starting point for numerous hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours and in winter ideal for skiing, cross-country skiing, ski tours or snowshoe hikes. The nearest ski lift is only 2 km (Bergbahnen Berwang) and the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offers more than 110 km of cross-country trails for cross-country skiers.

The house is located in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena, at an altitude of 1100m to 3000m. A fabulous skiing and hiking paradise in the immediate vicinity of Berwang, Lermoos and Ehrwald.

We had another great time at K7 this year! The house feels like a warm embrace with alle the wood panneling and great use of color. Beautiful Large Farmhouse

Our extended family of eight thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse while exploring the Zugspitz Arena. The house was clean and well-kept and was more spacious and charming than we could have imagined. The kitchen was the most well equipped of any home we’ve ever stayed in. The host, Cleo, was very accommodating and responsive to messages. I would highly recommend a stay in this home if you are looking for a unique experience in the region.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at K7. The atmosphere of the old house with all woodpanneling and carefully selected furniture feels warm and cozy. Combined with high spec kitchen and bathrooms this makes for a super stay. We didn't miss anything. The surroundings are incredible with beautifull views from every window. Easy acces to Berwang pistes, not too big but with enough variation for all our wishes (loipes, snowboarding, winterwanderwege, sleighing).

We enjoyed our stay in your facility very much. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The layout of bedrooms is a bit awkward but it worked out for us. The beds were very hard, and there is no cushioned furniture to sit in the evening or during a rainy day which would be nice to have. The ping pong table was a huge hit with some of the family. The location and views from this home are beautiful. Maybe I missed it when booking, but I was not aware of needing to bring our own towels until within a week before arriving at this destination. Thankfully we were somewhere we could pick up towels and wash clothes for our family of 6 before we arrived. Thank you for allowing our family to stay at your accommodations as part of our European Holiday!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Kleinstockach verbracht – trotz des sehr regnerischen Wetters. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, sodass wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben.Wir hatten - Gott sei Dank - zwischendurch immer mal Phasen wo der Regen aufgehört hat und haben diese dann voll ausgenutzt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Umgebung ist ideal zum Wandern – auch mit kleinen Kindern. In der Nähe gibt es Gipfel, die man problemlos mit den Kleinen erklimmen kann. Zudem bietet die Region viele abwechslungsreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: wunderschöne Seen, beeindruckende Burgen und als besonderes Highlight die Hängebrücke Highline179.Alles in allem eine perfekte Urlaubsregion für Familien mit Kindern jeden Alters. Wir können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Wochenende war eine Überraschungsaktion zum 60. Geburtstag einer Freundin. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß in den gemütlichen Räumlichkeiten und kochten gemeinsam in der tollen Küche. Die Bäder sind super und modern und haben sich auch perfekt für eine Wellness-Stunde geeignet. Die anderen Räume waren urgemütlich. Der Kachelofen macht eine angenehme Wärme. Super Kontakt mit den Vermietern und den Nachbarn vor Ort! Ein toller, zuvorkommender und unkomplizierter Service! Herzlichen Dank!!!!!

Schönes Haus, tatsächlich mit 4 WCs abweichend von der Beschreibung. Das einzig störende ist die erforderliche Müllemntsorgung im Wertstoffhof in Berwang, die Freitags zwischen 13 und 17 Uhr erledigt werden muss.

Randonnées en famille dans le Tyrol

Excellent emplacement dans un petit hameau au calme mais proche de tous commerces (Bilbach, Lermoos) et d’innombrables chemins de randonnées. À proximité du télécabine montant au Zugspitze. Le chalet est grand, avec un esprit colonie de vacances, la cuisine est équipée avec de l’électroménager haut de gamme. La vue depuis la terrasse est grandiose. La voisine s’occupe de la maison, c’est facile de la contacter.

Eine Woche Traum-Alpen

Das schöne alte original hergerichtete Bauernhaus hat allen außerordentlich gut gefallen, vor allem die gemütliche "alte Bauernstube" als Treffpunkt und Schauplatz für nette Spielabende. Wie für uns (8 Personen) gemacht war der Gasthof Roter Stein direkt unter uns mit leckerem Essen. Trotz positiver Abgelegenheit des Hauses mit kleiner Kirche direkt vor der Tür waren alle Ausflugsziele, insbesondere die vielen Bergbahnen mitten in den Alpen, gut erreichbar. Das Alpenpanorama war immer wieder überwältigend. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen. Eine zufriedene Familie

Urige Hütte für nette Abende

Wir waren mit vier Generationen angereist und haben wundervolle Tage in der Hütte verbracht. Da das Wetter sehr gut war, konnten wir einige Wanderungen bzw. Ausflüge unternehmen. Am Abend wurde dann in der toll ausgestatteten Hütte gekocht und dann war Spieleabend angesagt. Sehr gemütlich, klasse Einrichtung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Geburtstagswoche in Tirol

Wir waren 8 Silverager und waren überwältigt von Qualität und Lage des Hauses. Wander- und andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten zuhauf mit dem Auto in 10- 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Küche: besser als in jedem anderen Ferienhaus bisher. Mixer, Milchschäumer, Auflaufformen, Kaffeekannen, riesige Töpfe, Gläser,Besteck, Geschirr…, alles mehr als reichlich , neu und geschmackvoll vorhanden. 2 vollausgestattete,neue Bäder sowie ein Extra-WC in den beiden Wohnetagen, zusätzlich weiteres Bad mit Dusche und Extra WC im Keller, die wir gar nicht brauchten. Dort auch Waschmaschine und Trockner, alles in top Zustand. Stube und Schlafzimmer liebevoll bäuerlich, aber zurückhaltend und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Matratzen neuwertig und superbequem. Als endlich mal das Wetter schlecht war, konnten wir den Kachelofen in Betrieb nehmen, der großartig funktioniert, Holz vorhanden. Terrasse mit riesigem Tisch, Hängematte, Deckchairs, Traumblick. Man muss ( besonders nachts) mit knarrenden Dielenböden zurechtkommen ( aber das war ja vorher klar), und die Müllentsorgung in Tirol empfanden wir als besucherunfreundlich( haben Berge von Müll mit nach Hause genommen, da die Öffnungszeiten des Recyclinghofs nicht in unseren Zeitplan passten) Insgesamt : ein Traum!!

Schöne rustikale Unterkunft direkt in den Bergen

Wir haben das Haus für ein Wochenende mit 8 Erwachsenen zum Wandern gebucht. Check-in und Check-out war sehr gut organisiert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen solchen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage direkt in den Bergen ist natürlich fantastisch. Und ein Restaurant mit hervorragender Küche ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Tolles, teils renoviertes Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist super ausgesttattet und man hat auch viel Platz in den Zimmern und Eingangsbereich. Die Möglichkeit den Kamin zu benutzen ist vor allem im Winter perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und sehr unkompliziert. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe klappt hervorragend. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen
