"Home is sometimes not the place, but the community of feelings." With this in mind, we welcome you to Ferienhaus1883. A historic house with a listed facade, which we lovingly refurbished inside and equipped exclusively with high-quality natural materials. Five exclusive apartments with contemporary interiors and a special mix of history and modernity are now looking forward to guests and to becoming a piece of home for you too.

The Zimmermann holiday apartment extends generously to 180 square meters over the entire top floor. The conviviality takes place in the open kitchen and the cozy atmosphere around the fireplace. You can relax in one of the three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One is also equipped with stone pine so that the pulse can go down and the sleep time can go up. There are also two more sleeping and cuddling options on the gallery. Another guarantee for relaxation is the small wellness oasis in the basement, which relaxes the muscles and lets the soul dangle
There is a story in every apartment name that you are welcome to discover on site. What you will discover in any case are the sauna, steam bath and relaxation room in the basement, Grander water from the pipes, environmentally friendly care products in the rooms and baby equipment on request.

Beyond perfect for Garmish

This house is awesome.. Beautiful, clean and incredible water pressure! The location is too perfect.. it is two blocks over from the center of the walking area which is so nice for eating out, shopping and just strolling... highly recommend... will go there again next time planning trip to garmish

Spacious flat in great location!

We stayed here for four nights in February with our family and had a great time! The flat is so spacious, modern and well looked after. Irene was a very gracious host and we appreciated all of her advice during our stay. We also really enjoyed the sauna and relaxation room at the property, plus the boot drying rack. The location was perfect - a 10 min walk to the train station, a 15 minute walk to the ski slope and less than five minutes to central Garmish shops and restaurants. We would definitely return and stay again!

Glorious Views and Convenience

This property is located very near all the attractions Garmisch-Partinkirchen offers. Irene was a wonderful host, providing suggestions and promptly responding to our messages. The property bestows a fragrance of fresh wood on its visitors, providing a special aura of the mountains surrounding its valley location. The only suggestion we had would be to provide a circulating fan for the bedrooms during hot weather spells. We hope to return some day!

Ferienwohnung Garmisch

Diese riesige Ferienwohnung mitten in Garmisch lässt wirklich keine Wünsche übrig. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist hochwertig, modern und dennoch extrem gemütlich. Der Kontakt mit den nebenan wohnenden Vermietern war äußerst angenehm. Wir haben unsere Familienreise mit 7 erwachsenen Personen wirklich sehr genossen. Einziges Häkchen für uns: unsere 26-jährige Tochter musste auf der offenen Galerie auf einem Schlafsofa nächtigen. Wir waren von 4 Schlafzimmern ausgegangen (unser Fehler?). Für 6 Erwachsene (und 2 Kinder) ist die Wohnung aber der Hammer.

Lovely entire upper-floor apartment.

This was a perfect place to stay, to explore the areas around Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It was clean, with lovely touches like embroidered terrycloth robes, padded slippers, and a wonderful layout with classy finishes. It is close to the bahnhof, bus stop and restaurants. We loved it here!

Séjour parfait !

L’appartement est beau, confortable et calme. La vue du balcon est magnifique sur les montagnes. Les lits sont confortables, les 3 chambres grandes avec chacune une belle de salle de bain. Il y a un salon en mezzanine, agréable pour nos ados. La cuisine est bien équipée parfait pour se faire un repas après une journée de ski. Le centre est à quelques mètres, agréables pour marcher et prendre un café. Il y a un épicerie et boulangerie à proximité. Les centres de ski sont à quelques minutes en voiture et facile pour s’y rendre et stationner. Irène est gentille et disponible. Elle est très attentionnée.

A space of simple luxury where every detail counts for the customer’s well-being. High end living equipment from the bathrooms to the kitchen. Modern, clean and quiet. A haven of peace with natural materials that create warmth and a sense of dignity. Heimat is also perfectly located in the heart of town, neighboring bakeries, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beautiful downtown historic area. It is also very close to the train and the ski stations. My kids also enjoyed interacting with the sheep living in the backyard . We stayed in Heimat for about three months when we moved from the States. We felt so welcomed by the space and its hospitable owners. We were treated from day 1 to the end with perfect and authentic care. Irene’s warmth and professionalism insured comfort and well-being at all time. Great location, super clean, each room was equal size and bathroom with each bedroom. Beds very comfortable with tremendous views. Sauna, shower, steam, with relaxation room super clean spacious and equipped with refreshments... also washer and dryer available 24/7. Very modern appliances and all the necessities for cooking.
