Welcome to our modernised “Gipfelkind” holiday apartment, which offers you a bright and cosy home on the ground floor with approximately 70 m² of living space. Completely renovated in the summer of 2025, it combines a fresh style with practical comfort for a relaxing stay.

The light-filled living and dining area is tastefully designed and invites you to linger with a large sofa arrangement and a cosy dining area featuring a spacious bench. A TV with MagentaTV ensures top-notch entertainment. From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious south-facing balcony—here you can enjoy an impressive view of the surrounding mountains and, after an active day in the Alps, take in the fresh mountain air in peace.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds (1.80 m wide) and closets. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a cot so even the little ones can sleep comfortably. Both bedrooms are also equipped with their own TV.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your favourite meals: oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and ample storage space—here you’ll find everything you need for your daily routine.

For even more convenience, we offer the practical i-Check-in service: This allows you to check in contactlessly and flexibly, without any waiting times or on-site key handoffs. A free underground parking space is reserved exclusively for you. Please note that this space is suitable for vehicles up to the size of a compact car or a VW Caddy. Unfortunately, larger vehicles, such as SUVs, cannot be accommodated there.

The central location in city centre Garmisch-Partenkirchen makes your stay particularly convenient: shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The train station is also only about a 10-minute walk away—ideal for a stress-free arrival by train. “Gipfelkind” is the perfect starting point for numerous leisure activities in and around Garmisch-Partenkirchen—whether it’s hiking, cultural excursions, or indulging in the regional cuisine. The combination of excellent amenities, exceptional mountain views, and a location close to the town centre creates the ideal conditions for a relaxing and unforgettable stay.
