Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet! Toll sind der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und der Aufzug, mit dem Koffer und Einkäufe bis in den 3. Stock zu transportieren sind. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls gut. Leider gibt es nur ganz wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger, z.B. einen Schrank für Lebensmittel usw.

Komfortabel und modern eingerichtete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Toller, geschützter Balkon mit Aussicht auf Berge und See. Tiefgarage mit Zugang zum Haus/Aufzug ist sehr praktisch. Super auch, dass es einen abschließbaren Raum für Fahrräder gibt. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür und nur wenige Schritte zu einer Badestelle am See - perfekt!
