Our stay was cozy and quaint! We enjoyed the farm ambiance and our host, Monica, was very kind and communicative. We especially appreciate the quick check-in and check-out processes as well!

We had a great stay! The house was the perfect setup for our family of six, with plenty of space for everyone. The kids absolutely loved it, especially the farm animals, which made the stay extra special.The location was great and convenient, and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Everything worked really well for our family, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families!

Absolute perfect family weekend stay! Beautiful grounds, cutest animals, and pristinely kept! We enjoyed playing family games that were there for our use, especially Twister! Very spacious and open lay out to be with one another in the main living room area. Top loft was such a nice bonus and the beds up there were very comfortable. Fun family things to do within close range but really just enjoyed being in the house cooking and hanging out. Will definitely stay here again throughout the next few years while visiting my daughter at college.

Bright, comfortable living space. Beautiful views. Within 20 min of Ithaca. Host responded in timely way to inquiries. Unique stay. Fun to watch the daily activities of the animals. Love the chickens & goats.
