   •   🚭 Smoking: The home is entirely smoke-free. A $599 deep-cleaning fee applies only if smoking occurs indoors.

   •   🐾 Pets:

      •   We’re happy to host pets with prior approval with a Fee

      •   Unregistered pets may incur a cleaning fee of up to $250.

   •   🕒 Quiet enjoyment: Kindly respect neighbors by keeping outdoor noise low after 10 PM.

A short rental agreement will be sent for signature before your stay — just to confirm details and ensure check-in goes smoothly. ok
