The nicest rental property my golf group and I have booked in many years of our golf trips.

This home was premier and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend this home to other golfers renting for their golf trips.

H2O accommodations made for a wonderful family experience.

There were 16 family members that shared the house. We came to spend Thanksgiving with other family in the area. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group. Children loved the game room. Welcome Home responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Our experience was memorable.

An opulent house in an exclusive neighborhood

An extremely well appointed, luxury house that is a short walk from what is in fact (if not in name) a gorgeous, semi-private beach. ("Semi-private" because there is no public parking nearby, thus in effect limiting the beach to neighborhood residents.)

Everyone was happy

We had a group of 4 adults and 8 kids and everyone was happy with this vacation house. There was ample space for everyone and we had more bedrooms than needed. The kids loved the pool and beach goers enjoyed the short walk to the beach. This house was perfect for our large group.

Fabulous Stay w/Family for Daughter’s Graduation & Birthday

Our stay was incredible! The entire family of 16 with ages ranging from 2 to 76 enjoyed the home! There plenty of room and activities for everyone to do what they wanted to do. Some played pool, others were in the pool, a few at the beach, while the rest watched the NBA playoffs. This home is in a great location with great dining and shopping. We will be back for another vacation!

Family get together

We had a wonderful stay at H20. We were able to bring everyone together in the family under one roof which was very special to us (my husband and our four children ranging from 12 to 22). We loved that all the rooms had ensuites so everyone was happy with their sleeping arrangements. The house is so well appointed. We enjoyed the pool table and pool. The owners thought of everything! We had a great time!

Luxury Beach Estate

This place is everything you want in a beach vacation house. You can really tell it was professionally designed with all the little details in mind. There were so many areas to spread out and enjoy, the house felt extremely spacious with our large group. We enjoyed being steps from the beach and took full advantage of the beach gear that was provided. Cannot recommend it enough and look forward to returning!
