About 900 meters from the center of Livigno, on Via Teola, in the heart of the Park Chalet Village, you will find a spacious and luxurious Suite inside a chalet surrounded by nature, built entirely of wood and stone, offering an intimate and private atmosphere. Outside, a large terrace provides a panoramic view of Livigno; inside, a large open space is divided in the center by three circular steps, where oak wood and stone blend in perfect harmony. In the upper part, the warmth and charm of the fireplace, together with the glamorous and original touch of the round bed, offer you comfort and a romantic atmosphere. In the lower part, a Home Cinema with 75" Smart TV and sound bar lets you enjoy a cinema experience on a comfortable sofa, without giving up the luxury of an alpine suite. An elegant electric fireplace adds an extra touch of class.



The suite also offers the "Taste Corner", a wine cellar, a space dedicated to smart working, and a large bathroom with emotional shower cabin, double sink, and separate toilet. The true jewel of the Suite is the Private Spa: an area entirely dedicated to wellness with a whirlpool tub for two, sauna, Turkish bath, fireplace, and an outdoor garden where you can relax.

Second time here and we cannot wait to be back again

Pros: The apartment was super clean, cozy, and has the most incredible view. The private spa is perfect to relax in after a day of hiking. But honestly, what made our stay special was Mery — she’s so kind and thoughtful, we felt at home and totally spoiled at the same time. We’ll definitely come back a third time :) Cons: -

Relaxing end to a snowboarding holiday

We decided to treat ourselves to a stay in the Chalet Suite to finish off our snowboarding holiday in Livigno and we weren’t disappointed. Even prior to check in Mery the property manager was very accommodating organising an early check in, and thereafter she was very responsive to any requests. The property was fantastic with everything we wanted to give us the relaxing end to the holiday that we had planned.

Ein fantastisches Chalet mit super Ausstattung und Service

Pros: Die gesamte Ausstattung ist sehr wertig, durchdacht und wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt. Der SPA Bereich lässt keine wünsche offen. Die liebe zum Detail hat uns begeistert. Cons: Es gab keinerlei Gründe zu Beanstandungen.

Super schönes Chalet, tolle Umgebung, perfekter Service

Pros: Die Suite glänzt mit Charm und kann mit viel technischen Features trumpfen. Perfekt für romantische Tage. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, jederzeit für alle Fragen zu erreichen und kümmert sich sehr unkomliziert um alles. Wir sind mit unserem Hund angereist, das war nicht nur kein Problem sondern sehr schon organisiert, mit Begrüßungsgeschenk für das befellte Familienmitglied. Auch die Anlage ist sehr Hundefreundlich gestaltet. Alles ist sehr ordendlich und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig und auch kleine Sonderwünsche wurden noch erfüllt. Das Abendessen das wir uns ebenfalls aufs Zimmer bestellt haben war sehr empfehlenswert. Cons: Wenn man sich unbedingt etwas schlechtes aus der Nase ziehen möchte kann höchtens angemerkt werden das die Zufahrt in die direkt an der Suite gelegenen Garage steil und verwinkelt ist.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub im Spätsommer, in einem ausgezeichneten Chalet

Pros: Das Chalet wurde im Sommer 2023 neu hergestellt. Es hat alles, wirklich alles, was man sich für einen tollen Urlaub vorstellt. Der eigene Wellnessbereich mit finnischer Sauna, Dampfbad und Whirlpool lässt keine Wünsche offen, wenn man von einer Wandertour (im Winter auch Skitour) zurückkehrt. Die Aussenterasse ist mit einer Sitzgruppe und Sonnenliegen bestückt, welche zum Sonnenbaden ab Mittag bis in den Abend einlädt. Der gesamte Wohn-, Schlaf- und Badbereich ist technisch modern ausgestattet und ergibt optisch, durch den Mix von naturbelassenem Holz in Kombination mit den Natursteinen ein wohliges "Berghütten-Feeling". Gutes WLAN, zwei Widescreens und eine Soundanlage lassen auch bei technikbegeisterten Urlaubern keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns jeden morgen persönlich mit einem tollem Frühstück versorgt. Darüber hinaus war sie jederzeit in allen "Livigno"-Angelegenheiten für uns da. Hierfür nochmals vielen, vielen Dank. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!!
