Sehr zentrale und doch ruhige Lage. Kurze Wege zur Versorgung, Strand u Bus. Der Balkon ist zwar da aber lädt nicht unbedingt zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein. Schön wäre auch ein Unterstand für die Fahrräder. Ansonsten hat uns alles gefallen. PS der Spülkasten sollte mal vom Fachmann repariert werden.
