About this property

NEW! Designer Home - King Beds, Glass Sunroom, Game Room, BBQ

This three-bedroom ranch located in front of a golf course was professionally designed from the ground up. Every finish, fixture, and furniture selection was intentional. Two distinct living spaces, a glass-enclosed sunroom, a fully fenced backyard, and a level of fit and finish you won't find in a typical rental.

Wake up, pour a coffee at the granite bar, and watch the morning light come across the golf course through the oversized picture window. Pull up your laptop, check your email, and let the fairway do the rest. That's the rhythm this house sets from day one.

The main living room is anchored by an electric fireplace with a 55" TV above it and a premium leather sectional in front of it. The slat wood surround, the flanking panels, the tile hearth: everything in this room was chosen by a designer and it shows. The kitchen wraps around it with warm wood cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling green glass tile backsplash, all new stainless appliances, and quartz countertops. The granite bar peninsula seats three with a direct view of the golf course. Dining table seats six beneath a sculptural pendant light that earns its place in the room.

The second lounge is where the energy shifts. By day it is a full game and entertainment room: foosball, skee-ball, Connect Four, a curated board game library, and a curved designer sectional anchored by a custom hand-painted mural. By night it becomes a private entertainment room with a 75" TV, electric fireplace, and enough seating for the whole group. Two rooms, same floor, completely different atmosphere. Groups split between them naturally. Families find the kids in one room and the adults in the other without anyone planning it that way.

The glass-enclosed sunroom is its own world. Three walls of floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around you while Michigan stays outside where it belongs. On a cold morning it's warm, bright, and quiet while the yard sits under frost. On a summer evening it's where the wine gets opened, the conversation slows down, and nobody wants to be the first one to leave. When the night calls for it, step out to the fully fenced private backyard where the charcoal grill and the fire pit are waiting. Enough space to spread out, private enough to relax.

Sleep well and wake up comfortable. Two king bedrooms and one full bedroom give every guest their own space, each with their own smart TV, whether you're traveling as a couple, a family, or a group. The full bathroom has been completely remodeled: large walk-in stand-up shower, oversized vanity, and double sinks so mornings run smooth with a full house. The half bath is a room people stop and notice: floor-to-ceiling terracotta tile, arched gold mirror, fluted vanity, and brushed gold fixtures. The kind of bathroom that belongs in a boutique hotel, not a rental house. Two bathrooms means no one is waiting in line on a busy morning.

I have lived around the US from North Carolina, Philly, Indianapolis, to Washington DC. But I have found myself to be happily planted here in the beautiful state of Michigan since 2011.
I love to travel (50+ countries) and enjoy staying at different Air BNBs around the world!
Thailand, Cuba, and Colombia are some of my favorite countries I have visited so far.
During the day, I'm an engineer working for the Detroit automotive industry.
At night, I'm doing everything I can to improve my properties that I have renovated with my own hands!
On my days off, you will find me snowboarding in Colorado, Scuba diving in Mexico, or racing cars and motorcycles on race tracks.
I understand what it's like to be a host and a guest. feel free to reach out should you have any questions!

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood for a few specific reasons. The lot offers generous yard space and a level of privacy that is hard to find close to the city. The property sits directly across from a beautiful private golf course, which keeps the views open and the surroundings quiet. Access to Detroit and the surrounding metro area is effortless from here, with major highways just minutes away. It is a safe, peaceful residential pocket that feels removed from the noise while staying connected to everything guests actually need.

What makes this property unique

A few things set this property apart. It was professionally designed from the ground up with high-quality furnishings and intentional finishes in every room, completed brand new in 2026. Most rentals in this price range are functional but generic. This one was built to a different standard.
The game and entertainment room is the feature guests talk about most. Foosball, skee-ball, a custom hand-painted mural, electric fireplace, and a 75" TV in a dedicated space separate from the main living room. It is not something you find in a typical rental.
The glass-enclosed sunroom adds a year-round living space that most homes simply do not have. Rain, cold, bugs, none of it matters. You are still outside in feel without actually being outside.
The backyard is fully fenced and generously sized with a fire pit and charcoal grill ready to use. It is the kind of outdoor space where evenings actually happen.
On top of that, the property is owner-managed and personally maintained. I renovated it myself alongside a team of engineering friends. Guests notice the difference between a property that was built with attention and one that was not.
