I am originally from Asheville, NC and currently live in the Piedmont Triad area. This is my only rental property and I became a SeaWatch owner during preconstruction. My husband and I enjoy camping, hiking, fishing and spending time with family, including our rescue dachshund mix, Ellie.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is located along the northern crescent of Myrtle Beach, in a golf community. The beach is wide and pristine, with natural stretches to the north and the Apache pier almost a mile to the south. The area is serene and safe, yet still close to good restaurants, shopping and activities.

What makes this property unique

Many guests return year after year, commenting how at home they feel. They appreciate the special attention and care as well the amenities provided to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable. Without a doubt the view from the wrap around balcony is the thing I love best. Parking is a breeze with a parking deck close by, and two banks of elevators which bring you right up to the 4th floor. No matter the season, you will enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers. A very short walk and you are on the beach!
