Die Wohnanlagenverhältnisse einschl. der freundlichen Leistungen des Vermietungsbüros, die Wohnungsausstattung und die dortigen Platzverhältnisse in der komfortablen Wohnung sowie der zur Wohnung gehörende große Garagenstellplatz erfüllen auch hohe Ansprüche. Alle diese Gegebenheiten sorgen für einen Wohlfühlurlaub in großem Maße, selbst dann, wenn das Wetter einmal nicht so mitspielen sollte.

Ein schönes und schlichtes Appartment, durch den Aufzug ist es auch für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet. In die Duschkabine kann auch ein Duschhocker gestellt werden. Es gibt ein Hallenbad im Haus. Super ist der kostenlose Strandkorb und die die Lage in Döse. Bei dem Übergang zur Strandpromenade gibt es auch eine Auffahrt, so dass man auch mit dem Rollstuhl gut hinüber kommt. Die Strandpromenade ist sehr schön und gut zu gehen.
