Step inside and feel right at home: Our lovingly renovated holiday rental, “FasaneneNest,” is a place of peace and comfort—ideal for up to four people. Nestled in an idyllic, quiet residential area, 55 m² of cosy spaces await you, inviting you to relax and unwind.

The bedroom promises a restful night’s sleep in a comfortable box-spring bed (140x200 mattress), while a wooden sliding door gently separates the living room from the sleeping area. Here, an inviting sofa corner with an armchair awaits you, perfect for relaxing evenings. The second bedroom features a bunk bed: the lower bunk measures 140 x 200 (mattress) and is suitable for adults or older children, while the upper bunk, measuring 90 x 200 cm, is ideal for little adventurers—a spot sure to make children’s hearts race.

The small, well-equipped kitchenette makes cooking a breeze, and the separate dining area invites you to enjoy meals together and share happy moments.

Bright, inviting bathrooms filled with natural light provide a sense of well-being and plenty of space for your personal care. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the greenery—the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee or relaxing evenings. And your four-legged friends are also welcome here to explore nature!

Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed; 1x large bath towel; 1x small hand towel; and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
