Clean, well appointed apartment. If you’re arriving by car be sure to arrange your parking permit ahead of time. If you’re a fall risk be aware that access is via a narrow flight of concrete stairs with hand rail on one side only and stops just short of the landing. Very handy to the paved beachfront walkway that goes all the way to the Seal Beach pier.

I visited Seal Beach with my daughter. I live in NYS and she in UT. We needed a place that was fun to visit and a place we could be together and was affordable. This unit worked very well on all counts. We each had a King Bed, we used the kitchen. we door dashed, we walked the beach, we shopped the business district. I think the ocean view description is a little misleading (its a small sliver of the ocean) but having said that I will say we got a kick out of the exercises going on at the Naval Base) The location is easily accessible from many areas around LA and Orange County. Very Nice1
