Welcome to our home! We want you to have a wonderful stay while also being respectful of our neighbors and the property. Please take a moment to review the house rules below.

- Quiet Hours & Noise
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise at all times.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please bring conversations and activities indoors during quiet hours
• The city’s noise ordinance is strictly enforced

Any parties or disturbances that violate local noise ordinances may result in city fines ranging from $1,000–$10,000 and immediate eviction without refund. Thank you for helping us keep the neighborhood peaceful.

- Guest Capacity
• Maximum overnight occupancy is 3 guests
• Only registered overnight guests are permitted on the property
• No additional visitors are allowed without prior written approval

- Events & Gatherings
Events, parties, or gatherings are not permitted without prior written authorization.

If you have special plans, please inquire before booking. Additional fees and requirements may apply depending on the nature of the event.

- Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

These times allow us to properly prepare the home for incoming guests. Early check-ins or late check-outs may not be available if another guest is arriving or departing the same day.

- Reporting Issues Upon Arrival

Please report any concerns or issues as soon as possible after arrival so we can address them promptly and ensure you have the best possible stay.

- Pet Policy:
Up to 2 dogs are welcome per stay (25 lbs or under). A $100 pet fee applies per stay. Please let us know at booking if you’ll be bringing a dog and include the breed, weight, and age.

At this time, we’re unable to accommodate cats—thank you for your understanding.

- Cleaning During Your Stay

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every stay. If you’d like an additional cleaning or linen change during your visit, we’re happy to arrange this for an added fee equal to the standard cleaning cost.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can schedule the housekeeper.
