This rental is pure gold! A private craftsman surrounded by a garden, stunning ocean views and fresh ocean breezes! It’s walkable to a medley of local OB spots. Sarah is honestly one of the best hosts I’ve had the pleasure of renting from, highly recommend!

Our host was very responsive and the home was extremely welcoming. This was the perfect place for a family of 5 (kids 14, 12, and 2) to enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend.

The house is great and very well setup - 3 bedrooms each with their own full bath. The location is excellent - centrally located, close to the beach (but not too close). But - the best part is the view with an expansive ocean view. The home-made banana bread was an unexpected pleasant surprise!

We loved this beautiful house! Great location walking distance from anything you want, and cozy enough not to have to go anywhere. The pictures can't do justice to how spacious it is and the picturesque patios. We were there over Thanksgiving and had no issues with traffic or parking. The Wednesday farmers market was a treat, and the beach is truly an easy walk a few blocks away. Our host was friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay again!

Very well kept home, a lot of thought was given for the guests, fresh fruit, coffee, banana bread etc etc…..all very kind things considering most won’t bring. Loved the fact the house has filtered drinking water. Appliances are all nice and new, made cooking a big family breakfast a breeze! Cooking towels, paper towels etc were fully available and appreciated!!!!The view of the ocean is amazing from this property!!!!!!

Great location — walkable to Newport Avenue, the beach, and plenty of restaurants. The house itself is large, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful yard and ocean view. Beds were comfortable and the host was responsive. Worth noting for lighter sleepers that there's some neighborhood noise and planes overhead, but nothing that impacted our stay.
