Great property with fantastic views

An amazing property. Up a steep road but worth it for the fantastic views - different every time you looked. Conveniently located for both the Zell am See and Kaprun areas and within 5 minutes drive of a number of supermarkets. We did walks from the door as well as driving around the area. The property is very well equipped with comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything you could need. The terrace was great for sitting in the sun, looking at the view with a glass of wine! The owner responded very quickly during booking and when we had a couple of queries.

Wir waren zu 6 Personen plus 1 Baby über Silvester im KirchnerKitz. Es war alles exzellent organisiert und wir hatten wirklich ein ganz tolle Woche. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht, wir haben durchgängig selbst gekocht. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Ferien bei Zell am See

Tolles Haus, sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Kleine aber feine Sauna, Küche hat alles was man braucht. Atemberaubender Blick in das Tal. Diesen „erkauft“ man sich mit einer Anfahrt auf schmalen und teilweise sehr steilen Wegen. Auto, idealerweise mit Allrad, sollte man haben und auch gerne fahren (Einkauf, Skigebiet, Ausflüge). Super netter Kontakt sowohl mit den Besitzern als auch mit dem Verwalter vor Ort.

Spectacular views!

A home from home! The apartment is well-located, bright, airy, well-equipped, spacious and clean, with amazing views of the mountains & valley from every window. The cloudless September skies allowed us to stargaze from the terrace, wrapped up in the blankets provided. Perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the surrounding countryside. The owners were very proactive & communication with them was straightforward.

Been here for the second time. The house is very clean, good kitchen equipment. Big balcony with a great view, parking place for 2 cars. Key is in safe, so no need to hesitate to be on time when you have to travel from far.

Fantastisch zicht!

De woning ligt midden in het groen, op een helling met fantastisch zicht op de vallei: rechts Kaprun, links de golf en centraal het bergmassief. Vanop meerdere terassen kan je genieten van de omgeving. De woning zelf is zeer goed uitgerust "zoals thuis": het ontbreekt aan niets, en is met zorg en luxe uitgerust. Vanuit de woning kan je gemakkelijk wandelingen maken, of je rijdt naar Kaprun of Zell am See (beiden op slechts 10 ' van de chalet) van waaruit je ook fantastische wandelingen kan maken. Hoewel het plaatselijk niet wordt geadverteerd, is het in Kaprun mogelijk om te klettersteigen; er zijn meerdere routes voorzien, van gemakkelijk tot moeilijk in de omgeving van de dam, en je kan er plaatselijk ook klimmateriaal huren. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en heel behulpzame concierge!

Super Lage, super Blick, tolles Haus. Dafür muss man allerdings für Erledigungen wie einkaufen in jedem Fall das Auto nehmen, sonst wäre der Fussmarsch zu lange.

TOP-Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Super ausgestattetes Haus in dem es an NICHTS fehlt (tolle Ausstattung, schönes Bad, klasse Küche, Sauna, Wlan, gute Matrazen - alles ist da und TOP) mit einem wirklich traumhaften Blick. Wir hatten eine richtig gute Woche und konnten sogar Schneemänner in den Garten zaubern!!! Skifahren ist super, da man morgens zwischen Kaprun und Zell am See wählen kann. Die Schneeräumung war fürsorglich - aber Ketten braucht´s schon (und Aufback-Brötchen, denn der Weg zum nächsten Bäcker weiter). Alles war super sauber, es ist wunderbar ruhig und gepflegt. Die Abwicklung war sehr nett & professionell, alle waren unglaublich hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

tolles Haus

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen eine herrliche Zeit in der oberen Wohnung verlebt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgerichtet auf den großartigen Blick auf den Hauptkamm der Alpen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern und funktional, aber dennoch behaglich. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles einladend und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war bei der Anmietung hilfsbereit und flexibel. Woderfull vacation in Austrian Alps.

We had a very pleasant stay in Piesendorf. Apartment was very spacey, newly constructed and very well equipped. A breathtaking view from the windows over the Kaprun and Zell am Zee. Hiking is possible right from the apartment.

Wonderful place for vacation

The appartment is very good, fully equipped, have gorgeaus views to the mountains through all the windows. Inside we found everything we need. All was clean, tidy and well organized. We would highly recommend this place for family stay and maybe even arrive ourselves some time in the future.

One of the best places for skiing

Not much to say. Just a great place. Everything is as shown in the images (not as green, as we still have winter), clean, new and works perfectly. It even has some nice hidden features like a heated drying rack for ski/snowboard boots. Of course, the view is even better in real life. Contact to the Kirchners was always pleasant and nice, they provided us with all informations necessary, from location plans to points of interest and events in the area. We went there for skiing, and for that the location is perfect. There are two ski regions readily reachable by car (or even bus) within 10 minutes, a higher one on a glacier (Kaprun) and Schmitten. Regardless of weather, there generally is at least one slope that allows comfortable skiing. Overall one of the best skiing experiences we had and definitely our go-to place in the future, if possible.

1A Ferienhaus - nur zu empfehlen

Sehr geehrte UrlauberInnen, bei unserer Ankunft haben wir das Ferienhaus in tadellos sauberem Zustand aufgefunden, sodass wir uns sofort einrichten konnten. Das Erste, was auffällt, wenn man ins Wohnzimmer kommt, ist natürlich die Wahnsinns-Aussicht über das Tal, die man sogleich vom Balkon aus genießen möchte und an der man bis zum Schluss seine Freude hat. Die sanitären Anlagen sind sehr modern und funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Fußbodenheizung lässt sich digital für jedes Zimmer präzise einstellen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist stilvoll und gemütlich. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer ist groß und lichtdurchflutet und man kann selbst beim Essen den Ausblick genießen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Der Balkon öffnet sich rechts zu einer Terrasse mit einem weiteren Esstisch und Stühlen sowie Liegestühlen, sodass man sich bei gutem Wetter sonnen, und seine Mahlzeiten im Freien einnehmen kann. Skigebiete und Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Auffahrt zum Haus erwies sich als normal (es lag kein Schnee). Alles in allem: ein absoluter Wohlfühl-Aufenthalt - gerne wieder!

Super Haus in Top Lage!

Wir hatten die Hütte mit ein paar Freunden für eine Woche gebucht um dort Ski fahren zu gehen. Anfahrt: Die Anfahrt gestaltete sich relativ bequem, wenn auch steil. Das Haus liegt nunmal weit oben und besonders bei Schnee sollte man Schneeketten bereit halten, da es auf dem Kiesweg doch etwas rutschig werden kann. Ankunft: Im Haus angekommen, war alles ordentlich und sauber, die Betten waren frisch gemacht und ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war gereinigt, frisch und in bestem Zustand. Weiterhin gab es einen Infokatalog mit allen wichtigen Informationen zum Haus, Restaurants und Skigebieten in der Nähe und anderen relevanten Orten in Zell am See. Ausstattung: Das Haus (ich spreche hier für die obere Wohnung) hat 3 Zimmer mit Doppelbett, zwei Teilen sich einen Balkon und das dritte hat einen Panoramaausblick auf die Berge. Weiterhin gibt es ein Bad mit riesiger Dusche, Badewanne und allem was ein Bad so braucht. Zum trocknen von Skisachen und Schuhen existiert ein Heizungsraum mit Schuhtrockner. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht: ein großes Ceranfeld, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühlschrank; also alle wichtigen Küchengeräte- bzw. Utensilien. Der Essbereich besteht aus einem großen Massivholztisch, mit 2 Bänken, Stühle sind aber auch vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist gleich nebenan und bietet neben einer Sofalandschaft, einen Fernseher (mit Kabelanschluss) und einen DVD Player. Dieser wurde aber selten genutzt, da Zell am See genug zu bieten hatte. Die Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer sind offen ineinander übergehend. Alle drei bieten Zugang zu einem ziemlich großen Balkon mit Liegestühlen. Alle 3 Räumlichkeiten sind lichtdurchflutet und bieten Ausblick auf die Berge. WLAN gibt es auch und eine moderne Wandsteuerung (mit Touchscreen) zur Regelung der Jalousien und Heizungen in der gesamten Wohnung. Fazit: Die Anfahrt in etwas höhere Lagen nimmt man hierfür gern in Kauf. Wunderschöne Aussicht aus allen Zimmern, ruhige Lage, topmodern ausgestattet und mit Auto ist man superschnell in der Innenstadt oder in Skigebieten. Weiter oberhalb vom Haus gibt es nebenbei noch wunderschöne Wanderwege. Kurz gesagt: Wer sich in Zell am See nicht nur in der Umgebung und den Bergen wohlfühlen möchte, sondern auch in seiner Unterkunft, der kann hier nichts falsch machen. Das Haus macht Zell am See zu einem noch eindrucksvolleren Erlebnis.
