Es war einigermaßen. Es waren keine Gartenstühle,Liege daVor der Tür keineUberdachung.Fahrrader standen im Regen.Nur ein 2 Sitzer Sofa für 4 Erwachsene( schlecht).Zu wenig Muhleimer. liefen schn über Würde so etwas nicht wieder buchen. Mikrowelle schutzig

Frisch renoviert! :-)

Mit 2 Erwachsenen, 1 Kind und 2 kleinen Hunden waren wir 1 Woche im April in dieser ganz neu renovierten FeWo. Küche nagelneu, so dass noch nicht einmal Salz und Klarspüker in der SpüMa waren. Im Backofen (ohne Umluft) noch Styroporreste, aber schöne Küchenzeile mit viel Zubehör. Die Mülltrennung verfügt allerdings nur über 2 Eimer, obwohl 4-fach getrennt werden soll. Die Mülleimerecke draußen war ekelig. Die Bäder im EG und DG sind schön groß und chic. Die Wohnzimmereinrichtung war bestimmt vor etlichen Jahren auch mal chic und teuer. Die und die Bilder sind Geschmackssache; unser Geschmack war es nicht. Aber kann man machen. Ein größeres Sofa zum Ausstrecken oder einfach, um gemütlich mit 3 Personen zu Chillen, hätte ich schön gefunden. Neue Möbel im Schlafzimmer, kombiniert mit älteren Sachen. Neues Bettzeug und Matratzen; wer hart liegen mag, der ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Es gibt allerdings keinen Fußweg, um mit den Hunden erstmal von der Straße wegzukommen. Die dazugehörige Terrasse hat massiven Tisch und 2 Bänke direkt vor der Tür. Im Ort ein Laden "Piepmatz-Futtershop", wo man täglich frische Brötchen (am besten bestellen) bekommen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen!! Die Inhaberin ist super nett und ganz dolle bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen! Insgesamt würde ich diese FeWo evtl ohne Hunde nochmal buchen, denn in der Umgebung sind Hunde meistens nicht erlaubt. Nur 1 kleiner Hundestrand in 15 km Entfernung. (Meer und Hund haben wir leider nicht zusammen gehabt. Waren auch grad blöde Gezeiten.) Ansonsten am Festland an der Nordsee in dieser Region keine Möglichkeiten mit Hund ans Wasser zu kommen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen von Treuhand sind auch sehr bemüht, Mängel zu beseitigen, allerdings sind sie auch nur zu Bürozeiten zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit aber genossen!
