Welcome to Apartment 38 in Building 3 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!<br><br>This cozy and modern 3-room apartment, thanks to its popular corner location, offers 2 separate bedrooms with windows as well as a living room with an adjoining kitchenette—perfect for a family of four! <br><br>In the children’s room, a bunk bed (each 0.90 × 200 cm), a play area, and linen closets await the little Baltic Sea vacationers.<br>The master bedroom features a spacious double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a large closet for your vacation wardrobe.<br><br>The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, oven, and various cooking utensils.<br>At the large dining table in the living room, you can eat together, play, and have a good time. The cozy upholstered sofa invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. A large flat-screen TV is available here for your entertainment.<br>From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony with hardwood floors, where you can soak up the sun from morning until late afternoon and listen to the sound of the sea. From here, you can enjoy a partial ocean view on both sides. <br><br>You can quickly and easily (and without crossing a street) reach the “Kinderinsel” children’s entertainment area and the pier forecourt via the newly built promenade.<br><br>Is your dog simply part of the family, even on vacation? He’s more than welcome in this apartment! Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers of coastline, in the open countryside, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.<br><br>***All of our vacation rentals are non-smoking. If you smoke on the balcony, please make sure the smoke doesn’t drift into the apartment***<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.<br>The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade. <br>In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex. <br>A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.<br><br>The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
