Die Unterkunft war top, alles super. Aber in der 3. Woche ließ sich die Haustür nicht öffnen, in der Mittagshitze stand ich draußen mit meinen Einkäufen, Handy befand sich in der Wohnung und kam nicht rein. Ich befürchtete schon, dass der Schlüssel abbricht. Als das Schloss endlich klickte nach vielen Versuchen und ich reinkam, habe ich bei Ihnen angerufen. Mir wurde gesagt, es müsse erst der Vermieter in Kenntnis gesetzt werden, bevor Maßnahmen ergriffen werden können. Dieses Verhalten ist aus meiner Sicht ein absolutes No go. Es hätte sofort ein Schlosser kommen müssen, um das Schloss in Ordnung zu bringen. Ich habe die FW seit dem mit einem unguten Gefühl verlassen, immer in Sorge, dass ich nicht reinkomme, denn die anderen Feriengäste waren ja auch unterwegs und die Türklingeln funktionierten auch nicht. Am Donnerstag vor meiner Abreise kam ich nachmittags wieder nicht rein. Ich habe es so lange probiert, bis das Türschloss klickte und ich rein konnte, mein Schlüssel war leicht verbogen.Und am Freitag kamen die Feriengäste aus der Nachbarwohnung nicht ins Haus und wenn ich nicht da gewesen wäre, wäre überhaupt keiner ins Haus gekommen, nicht mal der Schlosser, gut für Sie, dass ich am Packen war.Dieses ganze Theater hätte nicht sein müssen, alles wäre gut gelaufen, wenn das Schloss gleich nach meinem 1. Anruf in Ordnung gebracht worden wäre, das ist doch ein Notfall, wenn Feriengäste nicht ins Haus kommen. Dieses Ärgernis trübte meinen Aufenthalt in der FW doch sehr.
