Objekt ist von Lage und Ausstattung sehr gut. Lediglich die Sauberkeit ( in den Ecken, und im Bad) erhält von mir kein sehr gut.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut aufgeteilt. Lediglich das Bad ist überholt, die Dusche unansehnlich durch Kalkablagerungen. Auch wäre eine Ablagemöglichkeit erforderlich. Wir gaben due Terrassenmöbel nicht genutzt, da wir viel unternommen haben, aber die Gestelle der Liegen und des Tisches sind verrostet.

Es war eine sehr schöne, saubere sehr praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung ohne Schnickschnack. Lediglich die Heizung war ein bisschen durcheinander und nicht so recht in Griff zu kriegen. Das Bad wäre sicher demnächst zu renovieren. Aber insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Für 2 Personen reicht das insbesondere in der warmen Jahreszeit wegen der angeschlossenen Terasse sicher aus. Ein zusätzlicher Sessel für wäre aber nicht schlecht. Der Wohnungszustand und die Ausstattung der Küche sind wie im Inserat beschrieben gut. Die Entfernung nach Dorf-Mitte mit mehreren empfehlenswerten Restaurants beträgt ungefähr 600 Meter. Zum Strandübergang ist es allerdings auch ein ganzes Stück. An der Wohnung befinden sich ein Parkplatz und ein abschließbarer Fahrradunterstand. Der Bus nach SPO Bad hält wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.

Urlaub in St. Peter-Ording

Die Unterkunft war schön, gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings sehr sauber war sie leider nicht. Von einem Unternehmen die Appartments anbietet und für Service sowie für Reinigung extra Gebühren verlangt, erwarte ich Sauberkeit in allen Ecken.

Gute lage

Wohnung angenehm geräumig und sehr ruhig,vernünftig ausgestattet, allerdings kein Messer, das schneidet, sollte man mitbringen! Der schöne Ortsteil Dorf problemlos fußläufig zu erreichen einschließlich Fahrradverleih. Ich würde die Wohnung bei Bedarf wieder mieten.

Schön Wohnung. Für 2 Leute gut ausgestattet. Fahrradkäfig am Haus abschließbar. Leider etwas hellhörig, und über uns wohnte eine etwas " unruhige" Familie...

Ganz nett, aber mit Schwächen

Schon frech, dass wir Hundert Euro an die Agentur zahlen mussten. Wofür? Nur dass wir einen Ansprechpartner haben und dieser uns unsere Fragen beantworten kann, finde ich schon Abzocke. Ohne diese Hundert Euro hätten wir diese Unterkunft nicht bekommen. Laut Anzeige war Grill nicht vorhanden. TV im Schlafzimmer ging nur eingeschränkt, weil kein Empfang. Geschirrspüler zu klein, so daß man mit 2 Erwachsenen und ein Kind diese jeden Tag anstellen musste. Und auch unpraktisch platziert. Direkt an der Ecke mit dem Mülleimer. Wenn man einen Teller mit Resten entsorgen wollte, musste man erstmal wieder den Geschirrspüler schließen, damit man den Mülleimer öffnen konnte. Nochmal dort buchen würden wir nicht.
