Sehr freundliche Begründung bei der Schlüsselabholung. Zentrale Lage der Wohnung Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Leider war das Schwimmbadwasser zu kalt an den ersten Tagen. Am Ende war es ok. Und aufgrund der Lage der Wohnung hören wir zwar keinen Straßenlärm, wohl aber den Lüfter oder so vom Schwimmbad. Also für Menschen die immer mit offenem Fenster schlafen, wäre diese Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen.
