The 57 m² barrier-free 2-room apartment, booa5-42, is located at the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the beautiful northwest-facing terrace with an XXL beach chair: here, after an eventful day at the beach, you can enjoy the evening sun and the soothing seaside climate.

A starter set of hand towels and bath towels is provided in the apartment for your use, and the beds are made for you.

The Location
This exclusive and light-filled apartment is located on the ground floor of Building 5, facing northwest. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—just 200 metres away, you’ll find Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometres. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family.


Amenities This family-friendly and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple insulation, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A cot can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet. After a relaxing day on holiday, you can unwind on the terrace, which is furnished with an XXL beach chair (135 cm wide), patio furniture, and a parasol.
