The Location
This lovingly furnished holiday home spans three floors and is situated directly on the Graft, an idyllic waterway. The resort’s spacious property borders the dike directly to the northeast. You’re just 200 m from the beach and the North Sea. Relaxation is guaranteed here. Take a stroll along the water, enjoy the sea air, or let the sun shine on your face while relaxing in a beach chair. The Hooksiel water ski lift and a guided mudflat hike will make your North Sea holiday perfect.


Amenities This tasteful and bright non-smoking holiday home features free Wi-Fi, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. The combined living and dining area features a large flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove (firewood not included). Both the dining table and the cosy seating area offer plenty of space to spend quality time with family or friends after a wonderful day at the beach. The apartment has three separate bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds. A cot and a high chair can be booked for an additional fee upon request.
You can enjoy the idyllic waterfront location right from breakfast on the spacious, south-facing terrace. The terrace is accessible from the living area. A covered balcony facing north, with a view of the sea and the offshore dike, offers the pure North Sea experience. The covered balcony is located in the attic and is accessible from another living area.
