3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms upstairs and 1.5 baths downstairs as well as an outdoor bathroom by the pool. a home gym right inside the house for your needs. Inside a gated community with guards and your own gate to the house with a few outdoor security cameras for your safety. Walking distance to a beach with restaurants and shops.
