Sehr freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierter Check in, tolle Lage und sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge direkt am Strand oder auf der Promenade. Alle Kaiserbäder sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, besonders mit der ruhigen Lage in dem gepflegten alten Villen-Park, der trotzdem direkt an der Strandpromenade liegt. Sehr gut ist, dass für jede Ferienwohnung ein inklusiver Pkw-Stellplatz auf dem Objekt-Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Das ist ja in den Kaiserbädern nicht selbstverständlich. Wir haben auch gern den (mit Kurkarte) kostenlosen UBB-Bäderbus genutzt, dessen Haltestelle direkt vor dem Tor liegt. Die Ausstattung unserer FeWo war hervorragend, alles super sauber, hochwertig und neuwertig. Nicht zuletzt noch ein Lob für die echt freundlichen Angestellten der Anlage!
