Das Ressort Deichgraf ist und bleibt einfach eine gute Adresse. Lage und Ausstattung (variiert je nach Wohnung) ist einfach gut. Der Relaxsessel mit Fußbank in dieser Wohnung ist herrlich bequem. Die Grundausstattung lässt nur wenig Wünsche offen.
