Enjoy a fabulous stay at this 2-bedroom condo in Daytona Beach Shores. The amazing ground-level, direct beachfront unit is truly one-of-a-kind! Two king beds, are situated in highly decorated Two ensuite bathrooms, each equipped with a stylized shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. All furniture is Leather and highly customized. LED lighting and dimmers abound, to allow proper mood setting in every room. New central A/C. TVs are in each bedroom. A 70" TV is in Living Room and in Master BR. This superb executive styled retreat invites you to unwind and enjoy every moment. We are professional managers of our properties and we are available to answer any questions you may have.

We live in Orlando and have owned our condo since 1987. We have raised our family at the beach every summer, and now our grandchildren. The no drive beach gives everyone a peace of mind without worrying about traffic.

Daytona Beach Shores is a very laid back area with many great seafood restaurants on the river and ocean.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is on the ground level, eliminating the need for elevators. We can walk out to the pool and beach from our patio, just around the corner.
