The location
The apartment is located on the top floor of the resort. The Baltic Sea beach is just 150 metres away; the centre of Binz is only 250 metres away. The Binz train station, with ICE service, is 300 metres away and also easily accessible on foot.

The modernly furnished apartment with free Wi-Fi features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room, which offers a view of the Baltic Sea, a wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere (firewood is not included). The apartment also features a high-quality bathroom with a shower, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer; a separate toilet; a washing machine; and a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
From the rooftop terrace, accessible via a staircase, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea, the See- and Granitzwald forests, and the centre of Binz. Another highlight is the private sauna, which invites you to relax.
